Donating Stocks to Our House Foundation

1. The Our House Foundation has a stock account.
2. Before you make arrangements with your broker, call our Director
   of Development at (908) 464-8008. Please have the following
   information ready:
   • The date that you are having the stock transferred.
   • The name of the stock and the number of shares
3. You will receive the information you need to complete the wire transfer with your broker.
4. Call your broker and tell them to wire transfer the stock directly into the Our House Foundation account. You will receive a thank you letter that will satisfy the requirements of the IRS. You will receive a deduction for the stock donation on the day you issued the transfer order.
