EMPLOYMENT SERVICES:  Employment Training Specialist Full-Time and Part-Time

The role of the Employment Training Specialist is to utilize business and communication skills to develop and maintain employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.  Qualified candidates will demonstrate the skills to analyze job requirements, train, support and assess needs and skills of people with developmental and other disabilities at multiple job sites.

Qualified candidates must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Required Credentials:  Minimum of AA degree in a related field from an accredited college or a High School diploma and 3 years of experience.  **Related work experience preferred. **
