Expand Clinical Supports
The achievements of an individual can be even greater when they receive enhanced supports. Our House looks to add highly trained professionals, such as occupational therapists, speech therapists and behaviorists, to transform the level of care that Our House’s served individuals receive, giving them the confidence and skills to be more active in their communities.
Develop Homes and Day Programs
Our House provides environments that support personal growth, empowerment and self-esteem through innovative day and residential programs. Our House Hope Autism Solutions (HAS) and Volunteer Action Program (VAP) provide meaningful days and impact the most individuals while they are participating in activities at their program and volunteering out in their local community. Our residential program focuses on building life skills to foster independence. The demand for these programs continues to grow. Our House will open new, state-of-the-art locations allowing us to increase the number of individuals served.
Endowment
Our House offers a residential program which provides handicap accessible group homes in quiet suburban neighborhoods that are homey and well-maintained. Our residents require consistency and stability for living meaningful and successful lives, which starts with our selfless employees who provide exceptional care. Our House will create an endowment to maintain the homes in perpetuity and to offer merit-based raises to the highest performing employees. The funds from the endowment will allow the level of care and consistency needed by our residents to remain excellent, in part by proactively preventing turnover.
